The most awesomest cake pan Ever!

Through my home boredom land (because apparently i'm not supposed to be bored at work any longer). I Have came across this epic cake pan! now on a rare occasion i do indulge in some epic cake making/eating/hoarding sessions and gain roughly 25.325 pounds. However with this cake pan, i could seriously think of some great combinations! like the one pictured! or for example, turkey and swiss on rye? all you would need is some marzipan and some fondant and get crackin in the kitchen! this is just epic...

Findlay market!

Ever been? DIDN'T THINK SO!

Coming from the land of Oregon and PDX : Saturday market . I was looking for another market over here in the world of Ohio! low and behold! there is nothing similar (had you going. Didn't I?). However, While there is nothing that is similar that I've found yet. There is a 1/2 open air market toward downtown Cincinnati called CIN : Findlay Market.

While Saturday market back in Portland was handmade craft central, Not too much on the food scene (food carts are a different story though, more referring to fresh foods. Farmers market style?) It was wonderful for buying handmade soaps, little knick knacks for your house, glass pipes (if you're into that sort of thing!) and all that greatness!

Findlay market on the other hand is KIND of similar. Part of it is in a rather large building. Outside and part of the inside has craft stuff, incense stands, handmade baskets etc. However the whole market tends to be a rather large fresh fare style shopping market! it is amazing if you need meats, veggies, spices, cheese etc. If you're in Portland, check out saturday market. If you're in Cincinnati, check out findlay market! And now to the pictures! :)

Unfortunate events!

Sigh - for the inevitable events that are about to take place at my current place of employment. INTERNET MONITORING! depressing... means i can't do much in the way of updating my blog anymore from my desk... sigh.. i can still do it at home! but thats another story :(. oh well. i'll figure something out! promise!

Another Unfortunate endeavor that they are bestowing upon us! is you guessed it.. Chat monitoring as well. So i can't be myself on the chats to people.. when we have our "unworkrelatedchatgreatness!" another sad and depressing thing... means i cannot really talk to anyone and i can't update my blog... sucks! i'll try and figure something out, but untill then, i bid thee adieu! from work at least :)

Wow... Just wow. Europe got this right! (finally something eh? guess it was time) Now, i'm sure this has been around for years. But this is the first i've heard of this. I Am in absolute awe of this concept and i hope America catches on with this. Maybe it can catch on in the ghettos and we can have drive by drunk bikings? that would be amazing... think of the headlines!

Basically with this, they have an 8 person bike. Where you are placed sideways toward a bar that is in the middle of this amazing contraption. They strap a keg right in the middle, and off you go!

I absolutely do not care how gay this ultimately sounds. I Love me some shopping, and i love me some new clothes! it is just one of those things that are fun to do, get your mind off of things, and get yourself looking good! well.. try to at least, 'cuz your style, probably isn't that great! So anyways, through my internet searching i came across this site that has some great t-shirts. Quirky, fun and pretty cheap too mostly. SOTD : Passion pit - The Reeling

Song of the day for today! on this lovely Sunday morning. Wind is blowing, it's nice and warm outside today.. work is boring and steady. just like it should be on my Monday! So let the inevitable blogging commence! I Have a playlist i listen to on the weekends, i add a song or two to it every few days and let the listening pleasure start! Todays song however is called "the reeling" by passion pit. it's cheesy, catchy and kinda fun! no wonder i like it so much. Its just one of those fun songs that gets stuck in your head, you do not deny it though! and it always gets a smile on my face.
